Executor

The executor of a will is the person who ensures that the wishes that you have made in your will are carried out. There can be between one and four executors of a will, and they are generally a close friend or relation of the person making the will – someone they can trust to carry out their wishes in the event of their death. An executor of a will can be a beneficiary of the will.
